Free Nurse Coaching

If you have one of the conditions listed below, you are eligible for the Nurse Coaching program. When you enroll, you will work one-to-one with an Arkansas-based Nurse Coach at no cost to you.

  • Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

  • Chronic Pain
  • High Cholesterol
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Maternity

Maternity Program

If you or your dependent is pregnant, you can take advantage of one-to-one support from a Registered Nurse who will help you achieve a healthy pregnancy. Even if you aren't a first-time mom, your nurse can help you through the changes that come with each unique pregnancy.

The program is available to you at no cost and you may register up to 20 weeks gestation.  A $250.00 check will be mailed to you once completion of the program has been verified.

Case Management

If a member has an illness or injury that’s difficult, long-term or costly, they can work with a case manager to make sure they’re getting the care they need. The case manager can help them understand treatment options and their benefit plan.

We have nurse case managers who specialize in oncology to help members who have been diagnosed with cancer.

24/7 Nurse Line

The 24/7 Nurse Line is available around-the-clock, 365 days a year. When you call, you will speak directly with a nurse, who can answer health questions or help you decide if you need to see a doctor or go to the emergency room.

You can also access the Health Information Library, which has information on more than 1500 topics.
